Pink&Blue accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER in payment of orders of PlatyPawsTM Children's Shoes.
ShippingAll orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Shipping is $5.75 within the United States and Canada
$8.75 for international orders. This cost is per order.RUSH orders go out the same day and is being shipped USPS Priority.

Exchange / Refund Policy
Pink&Blue will exchange any unused shoes from our company for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Used, dirty shoes will not be refunded.
We are NOT responsible for items lost or not received when returning them back to us. We suggest that you add a delivery confirmation or insurance on any returns or exchanges.
When returning items for exchange or refund please indicate the following:
1. Person's name on the original order (Invoice number if possible)
2. If you are exchanging or require a refund
3. What you would like to exchange for (different Size, Color or Style)Mail your request & returned product to (Please Call before returning an order) 1-877-752-8979

USANOTE: Please leave a note with the Invoice #, Name, Address and Phone Number, so we have a chance to find you in our files. Without it we won't be able to credit your account or ship you the replacement. We highly recommend that you add Delivery Confirmation or Insurance on any exchange or return.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
For exchanges the following shipping costs apply:
The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the items back to Pink&Blue.
Pink&Blue will send out a replacement / exchange at no additional cost to the customer (one time only)
If the Customer wishes to make a second exchange on the same order - the customer is responsible for the return shipping and any additional shipping costs incurred by Pink&Blue.
If you have paid by Credit Card, if there is a price differential we will make the adjustments to the card that you used to make the original purchase.
Special Orders
(Allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery)
Size: All Platy PawsTM Children's Shoes may be special ordered in all sizes. To place a special order simply email us with the number of shoes in each style and color you wish to order.
Color: If you like a particular color of leather, but the style you have chosen does not list that color, you may place a special order and we will do our best to have the manufacturer create those special shoes for you.
For example, if you like the Cindy style, but wish it came in purple leather, just ask. As long as the manufacturer can access the color leather and as long as the type of leather is suited to the style of shoe then we can have it made for you.
Special orders may not be returnable.
